Usually we are well aware of various exercises, scrubs or lotions that will make us look younger than our real age. This is also known as blinking disorder. Usually twitching in not a serious disease but in some cases it may be a serious disease caused by genes disorder. The common cause of twitching related to eyes is fatigue, tension, eyestrain, excessive intake of alcohol or caffeine or may be due to any irritation or injury. There are many vitamins for eyes that may help to strengthen your eye sight. The most important vitamin is the Vitamin A. Vitamin A is abundantly found in carrots. Common disease caused by the deficiency of vitamin A is night blindness. So eating raw carrots will cover up the deficiency. However, it is very important that you should consult a doctor to find out that whether you do have vitamin A deficiency or not because too much of vitamin can be very dangerous and may even lead to cancer. A survey was conducted and it was found that most of the eye problems experienced by youngsters are due to their exposure to the computer for longer times. Allergies can cause the strained eyes, blurriness and reddening of eyes. Therefore, to prevent your eyes from such diseases caused by the computer rays, it is better that you use computer eye drops. Computer eye drops help to relieve the minor discomforts caused by the computer screen. These eye drops are for minor discomforts that do not last for long.
